It’s a good thing Adrian’s season-long plan of getting Oliver to admit he’s a trigger-happy murder machine isn’t undone with less than one episode’s worth of pep talking from minor characters.
The only thing missing from this episode was a concrete reveal of Prometheus’ identity.
But otherwise, it’s got it all (except Curtis’ subplot, but that’s par for the course).
I know I’ve been saying it all season, but this ain’t no Season 4, anymore. For so, so much the better.
This hilariously awful Laurel Lance/Black Canary statue is kind of a symbol of where Arrow is right now.
It’s still garbage, but it’s making something of an effort to appease the Olicity-fatigued naysayers. Myself included.
But it’ll take more than one episode to turn around the shit sandwich that was Season 4.
It’s the penultimate episode of the season, and Felicity already did a big computer hacking job last episode. Not to mention that she will likely be catatonic from the guilt of killing tens of thousands of people.
So it’s Oliver’s, the Green Arrow’s, time to shine, right?
