Arrow Season 5 Episode 8 – TV Review

Arrow Invasion! Laurel shower ring

Death becomes her.

I did watch the entirety of the crossover week. And it was pretty damn good.

It’s just a shame that this very personal, gratifying, hundredth episode of Arrow, the show that started it all, had to get awkwardly sandwiched into the whole affair.

Dat Laurel, tho.

Arrow Season 4 Episode 7 – TV Review

Arrow Brotherhood Diggle Laurel

Is it an insult or a compliment that the main show is keeping them?

You know who I don’t miss? Roy. That whiny little killjoy was half the sidekick Thea and Laurel have turned out to be.

Roy is in no way related to this episode, but I just thought it was worth mentioning.

Arrow Season 4 Episode 6 – TV Review

Arrow Lost Souls Sara Laurel Canary

Two Canaries are better than one. Because neither of them is much of a character by themselves.

Yeah yeah, it’s time to rescue Ray.

Let’s get to it.

Arrow Season 4 Episode 5 – TV Review

I must confess that I am one of those weak-willed people who watched the premiere of Constantine and then promptly forgot it existed.

Arrow The Fallen Oliver Felicity sex

Catching Up On Old, Cancelled Shit – Blog

The Beautiful Life TBL

Audiences, apparently.

Because I spent 7 minutes trying to come up with a good title to this post, and finally gave up.

Just like how the following shows were given up on.

I am profound. Accept it.

Film Review: Ice Age 4: Continental Drift

Ice Age 4 Continental Drift Scrat

Scrat is a symbolic manifestation of Ice Age’s own struggle between sensible plotting and sequel-whoring. So meta.

Yes, there is a 4th Ice Age.

No, it’s not that bad.

Yes, it’s not that good either.

No, I don’t know why I keep saying Yes and No.

Film Review: London Boulevard

London Boulevard Colin Farrell bloody

“I’m just a man who loves his woman. Every day of the month.”

I don’t really feel strongly either way about this movie.

On the one hand, it’s confusing, oddly paced and surprisingly dull.

On the other, it’s short, and Colin Farrell does a good job.

Apathy!
