Alas, it is true. This episode is the de facto season finale of our beloved Dynasty thanks to the pandemic.
And while not ending on a high note, you can at least rest easy that the CW didn’t try to chop together some rushed, Pushing Daisies Season 2 finale-esque bullshit.
Aww. Now I’m sad about Dynasty, and about Pushing Daisies.
It really speaks to how much I cared about this that this episode also includes Fallon singing and I didn’t give her the headlining spot.
Cristal 2.0 never could have pulled off this level of salaciousness.
Still miss OG Cristal, though. She could have adulterated with ten priests a day and wouldn’t have even broken a sweat. And worn a great hat while doing it.
That’s right, bitches. It’s a Liam and Fallon caper episode.
And even when it’s against his will, he’s still kinda game. And I respect that.
Though, to be clear, doing things without consent, even when it’s a woman doing it to a man, is not cool. Do you hear that, Dominique?
I’ve gotta say, I was getting my absolute life this episode. I wrote the phrase “Fuck, I love Dynasty” in my notes more than once.
Even dear Cristal got to shine this episode.
Dynasty is my one shining light against the apocalypse that is 2020 so far.
