Nancy Drew – Discontinued

George already did. And Stoner Guy is so bland and white that a Dynasty love interest role is just begging for him.
Almost a year to the day since the last new CW shows that I discontinued, and it’s Nancy Drew’s turn to be thrown away.
Unlike Charmed, however, I don’t feel any remorse. This one was a complete wash.
Nancy Drew Season 1 Episode 2 – TV Review
Also, you call that a mugshot?
Anyway, onto less exciting things than Tatianna merchandise. Did you guys see this week’s Nancy Drew?
Charmed – Discontinued
Two Discontinueds in one week? How lazy am I?
Oh, plenty lazy. Don’t you worry.
But unlike Legacies, which I stopped because dear God, it was crap, Charmed simply wasn’t strong enough to last on the review roster.
Like I said last week, Charmed is cute and simple. And I need more.
Legacies – Discontinued
Get out.
Right now.
It’s the end of Legacies.
Well, the end of me watching Legacies.
Legacies Season 1 Episode 2 – TV Review
You wouldn’t expect an episode with an actual dragon to be this cold and limp, but here we are.
You did it, Legacies. You made the teen drama more compelling than an actual dragon.
And when the teen drama is this tepid, that’s quite an achievement.
Riverdale Season 2 Episode 18 – TV Review
It’s no coincidence that Riverdale chose to echo one of the best shots from the Season 1 finale this week, as this episode is confidently the best Riverdale we’ve had since Season 2 began.
Let’s just all agree that as fun as a musical episode can be, we don’t want Riverdale to turn into Glee, okay?
Riverdale Season 1 Episode 1 – TV Review
Riverdale answers the question: What would Gossip Girl look like if it were set in Mystic Falls?
It would look pretty fuckin’ good.
The Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 1 – TV Review

The eighth season of a show that lost its lead actress two years ago, thus creating a meandering, passionless vacuum is one of those storms.
I remember a time when I would salivate at the thought of the next episode of The Vampire Diaries each week.
Yeah, I hurled a lot of abuse (like, a lot) Elena’s way, but without her, TVD has gone from OMG, appointment television to merely a chore.
It’s yet to reach PLL levels of “I literally don’t give a fuck what’s happening, and I’m only here out of morbid completionism,” but it’s not good.
Let’s just hope TVD’s demise doesn’t drag The Originals down with it.
